Auto salvage yard planned southwest of Ruthton

The Pipestone County Planning Commission has recommended the approval of a conditional use permit for an auto parts and salvage business in the northwest quarter of Section 21 of Aetna Township, southwest of Ruthton. Pipestone County’s zoning ordinance requires a conditional use permit for refuse areas in an agriculture district. The proposed site is owned by Shane Cowell and Amy Houselog Cowell.
