This is what most business owners and entrepreneurs strive for yet most are struggling to have that. While there are many pieces that go into business and entrepreneurship, there are 3 things that you can start doing today (regardless of where you are at) that will help you achieve that "umbrella drink lifestyle." (If that's what you want) The three things are to... 1. Automate. 2. Delegate. 3. Eliminate. Let's use the Pareto Principle (the 20% rule). As a business owner and leader in our work, we want to have a clear distinction between the 20% of tasks that mainly drive revenue to our business from the 80% that don't as much. Ask yourself, "What are the 3-5 tasks that really drive revenue to my business?" Write them out on paper so that it's clear to you then write out what the 80% tasks are. This way you CLEARLY SEE and KNOW what you should be doing and should not be doing as the business owner. Once you're clear on these tasks, look at that remaining 80% and... Automate. Delegate. Eliminate. Literally, write these out on paper! With clarity comes confidence. When you're clear on what drives revenue to your business focus on that. The remaining 80%... Automate. Delegate.
