DO NOT OVER MIX OR HANDLE BATTER ROUGHLY OR THE QUICK BREAD WILL BE TOUGH. scoop loaf pans until approximately 2/3 full.  Sprinkle about a tablespoon of pecans on top per loaf.   Bake for 50-70 minutes.  Nutritional Info Servings      Per 3 OZ  (AVERAGE SLICE SIZE) Calories:      157.5 Total      Fat: 6.3 g Cholesterol:      13.5 mg Sodium:      199.3 mg Total      Carbs: 23.6 g
