Autumn House! This chick is a major powerhouse. She is one of the most influential Women in A&R at UMG Records. So for those of you who don't know what A&R is, basically, Autumn discovers new talent for her label, listens to songs for artists on her label, and helps guide and develop artists as they grow and make music... to name a few things she does. She works closely w stars such as Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Dierks Bentley to name a feeeeew. And she is just so talented. Autumn has an amazing ear for hit songs. That's why she's one of the best in the biz, and it was my privilege to interview her. Especially since i was so impacted by her when I first moved to town, and was in college at Belmont, and she spoke to us. She said "if you have a backup plan, do that, bc the music business is tough and you can't have a backup plan." Love this woman!
