About "Autumn in the Vineyard" "Autumn in the Vineyard" first premiered on the Hallmark Channel on October 8, 2016. This movie is the first in a series of three. The following two movies were called "Summer in the Vineyard" (2017) and "Valentine in the Vineyard" (2019). Marina Adair - #1 National Best Selling Author - wrote the 2013 romantic novel "Autumn in the Vineyard." The script was written by Suzette Couture who has 36 writing credits including the 2003 TV movie "Martha, Inc.: The Story of Martha Stewart" starring Cybill Shephard. Directed by Scott Smith who has 36 directing credits including "Frozen in Love" - a movie we reviewed during our summer series. We had a lot of thoughts on "Frozen in Love" - Listen Here Rachel Leigh Cooks stars as Frankie Baldwin. She currently has 102 acting credits, 14 producing credits, and has two upcoming projects in the works including a holiday movie called "Rescuing Christmas" - but unconfirmed if this is for Hallmark. Brendan Penny plays Nate DeLuca. He was last seen in "The Wedding Cottage" earlier this year, and last year's "In Merry Measure." More Brendan Penny? Listen to our review of The Wedding Cottage Familiar face Laura Soltis plays Nate's mom Carla DeLuca. We saw her recently in "The Wedding Contact" from this summer and "Lights, Camera, Christmas!" from last year. Ali Leibert plays best friend Hannah. Ali has 97 acting credits but was last seen in "Three Wise Men and a Baby" from 2022. She also has directed Hallmark's "The Holiday Sitter" and "North to Home." Ride's Marcus Rosner plays Nate's brother Marco. He has four movies in post production according to IMDb - one fall-themed movie and three holiday movies. It will be interesting to see where these movies land. The shooting location for this film was River Stone winery near Oliver and Osoyoos in the South Okanagan Valley in British Columbia.
