Sermon Title: AVAILABLE (Part 1)Isaiah 6:8 [ESV] - And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.” Where Are You At?What is God wanting to do in us at this time? Before God can do anything through us He needs to first do a work within our hearts. Three Questions To Ask Yourself:Where am I? How am I?How will I? Before the assignment comes, there is this moment where you need to say ‘Here I am, send me”.Genesis 3:8-10God is more interested in the posturing of our hearts than getting us where we need to be. He wants to make sure we are ready before we receive our assignment. Idols are dysfunctional Saviors and are sometimes things we engage in that we are unaware of.Examples of idols: the need to be heard, the need to be accepted, the need to be right all the time, the need to be understood, the need to be important, the need to be noticed, etc. God wants to free our hearts to ready us for what is coming.Isaiah 44:6-20 Reflection:What are you getting your identity from?Ask Holy Spirit about you. He will guide, comfort and establish you so that you can apply God’s Grace. God wants your heart free and your affections to be set upon Him.Ask yourself about you.Ask others about you (Proverbs 24:6). John 16:7-11Galatians 6:4-5Romans 14:12 Where you currently are does not determine where you will ultimately go.
