Simon Shares Murray & Roberts* (JSE code: MUR) expands in the US. The government says they'll only use locally produced cement in projects. PPC (JSE code: PPC) and Sephaku (JSE code: SEP both fly higher. But is the market right about this? We're off the UK red list, good for local hotels?
