Lee Eatmon joins Scott and Amber on the podcast today. Lee is the owner of Carolina One Properties in Wilmington as well as Southern Choice Real Estate Academy. Additionally he does property management, general brokerage, and continues to invest in real estate personally. AND he proved to the gang that it doesn't even need to be stressful.
