Our 6 mostly-grown sons were grieving, and I didn't want to cause them more pain by showing them my grieving. So, I grieved alone.I want to spread the word that no widow should go it alone. Friends and family mean well but they often don't understand unless they have gone through it themselves. If they don't have a good support system in their lives, I'm here to help.I also want to let widows and widowers see the rainbow through their tears. They can learn how to live a full and happy lives.
