Avoiding burnout as we rise from the ashes of the eclipse

from Accepting · host Aline C Davis

Welcome gorgeous to this week’s episode, where we’re continuing to gently explore choosing love over fear, following on from the beautiful conversation with Foster and Kristos T Perry. In this episode, we’re feeling into something many of us carry without even realising… old agreements. These can be beliefs or patterns we’ve picked up through childhood or life experiences, often keeping us in survival mode without us even noticing. So together, we’re beginning to bring awareness to these… and gently allowing them to soften and release. As we move through this space after eclipse season, where things may have felt intense or uncertain, we’re opening into what it means to let go of what no longer fits… and to create space for something more aligned, more true, more you.I share some personal reflections here too… moments of releasing, of breaking old patterns of fitting in, and what that’s opened up in terms of freedom, clarity, and a deeper sense of self. We’re also feeling into how important it is to move at your own pace… especially during times of strong energy. Instead of pushing or trying to do everything at once, this is an invitation into softness… into self-care, into listening to your body, and into creating gentle boundaries that support you. There are also some simple, supportive practices woven in… from creating a nourishing morning routine, to journaling and feeling into what’s most important for you right now. Whether that’s your health, your relationships, your creativity, or your sense of abundance… we’re allowing it to unfold without pressure. This episode is really about meeting yourself where you are.Not rushing. Not forcing. Not trying to jump ahead. But instead… allowing things to settle, and moving forward with kindness and trust.Because when we hold onto old stories or try to push into the next chapter too quickly, it can lead to burnout. And that’s not what we’re here for. We’re here to honour our own rhythm. To choose ease where we can.And to remember that everything we’re moving through is part of our unfolding. So if you’re ready to gently release what’s been keeping you small, and open into your truth with love and compassion… this episode will meet you exactly where you are. With huge gratitude to all our guides on all planes.Much love,Aline xxx 🤍
