The FAA has proposed new guidelines for the employees of aircraft manufacturers charged with certifying aircraft. The FAA is hosting cellular network engineers on flights designed to determine the effects on aircraft in real world settings. And Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian wrote to the Attorney General this week requesting the creation of a national no fly list for unruly passengers.
