Tiffany was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pa. She is a proud mother of a happy, healthy, and athletic daughter name London. She has 16yrs experience in the field of mental health. She is the recipient of a Citation from the City of Philadelphia for my exemplary work in her community. Also, she is the 2X recipient of the Change Maker of the Year Award, a nominee for the Business Grammy’s of Philadelphia, & award-winning global speaker. From 2014 to 2016 she experienced personal battles with mental health, in which she lived with severe depression and anxiety daily.The onset of severe depression and anxiety was a result of what she calls "unfamiliar simultaneous lack." With God's strength, prayer, a shift in her mindset, faith, and identifying her "Why". She was able to endure. As a result, she survived her mental health breakdown and regained everything back that she had once lost, including her mind.  Today she is the CEO/Founder of TEA With T Ministries, CEO/Founder of BInspired Apparel Brand, Serial Entrepreneur, Award Winning Global Speaker, Mindset Coach, Mentor, Educator, & Specialist as well as an upcoming author!  Her mission is to serve, support, coach, & mentor individuals with breaking as well as shifting their self-defeating, unfulfilling, unproductive, and unhealthy patterns of thinking. She's had the pleasure to serve, support, coach, & mentor individuals who are now professionals, entrepreneurs, speakers, counselors, and more!
