I had to dash down to London to go to the cast and crew screening of the new Ghostbusters movie, which you should all go book tickets for right now. I was also on the road during this show so please excuse any video / audio issues you may encounter, that is all someone else's fault and not mine. Anyway this week we met a couple of really really dumb Karen's who couldn't get their packages, a very angry man who had to wait for 3 hours to get his rental car, someone who really hated waiting on hold to speak to the phone company, a man who got all upset because his boss couldn't remember his name, a very angry man who wanted to return his compressor because he wasn't qualified to use it and a lady who really really wanted her voice to be heard, and left disappointed.
