Her more than 20 years of leadership experience driving accessible design was ignited by challenges she experienced having motor and vision disabilities.Ms. Neff leads a team of talented and diverse individuals, including people with disabilities, who are working to build a more inclusive digital world. She is also an educator focusing on accessible graphic design and adaptive, responsive and accessible SVG files. Heather is a thought leader and advocates for disability inclusion, gender equality, and LGBTQ representation in technology.
