Jennifer Nikoro is the director of LBD FOUNDATION. Jennifer Nikoro was recently appointed as a disability task force member in International Arbitration by the International Court of Arbitration in Paris.  She is also a member of the Board of Appeal of Classification at the International Paralympics Committee, Germany, aimed at classifying athletes with disability for the Olympics. She is an Advisory Board Member of Future Additive Manufacturing in Africa (FAMA). She is a Board Member of the African Diversity & Inclusion Center – ADIC, Uganda. Jennifer is a lawyer trained in Mediation and Arbitration. Born without the right arm, Jennifer is a jealous lover of young adults and children with disabilities in Africa, He desires to see them harness their potential.
