 Dr. Tomczak is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Gdańsk University of Technology in Poland, and a visiting scholar at the University of North Texas, College of Health and Public Service.As the first Polish researcher in the field of management to conduct research on neurodiversity and work, Dr. Tomczak is a leading expert in Human Resources Management.
