In 2020 I literally hit rock bottom.My children were young, four very close together. Post natal depression, anxiety, panic attacks. I wasn't the mother I wanted to be there day to day and not know you'd wake up with the children. You just go through the routine of what you could provide everything you'd hit the pillow at the end of the day, and I was so stuck. Mentally I was fatigued. All I could see was lack everywhere. I had no self confidence and no self esteem.
