We are as God created us. The lessons tells us we are "sinless," and that we do not need to do anything to receive the benefits from this lesson immediately. Mistakes have been forgiven and corrected, when we accept this statement as the truth about ourself. "I am as God created me." This wipes away all the self-images and concepts we have made, both "good" and "bad," and puts our awareness on the immaculate Self. Our mind comes to stillness when we ponder this statement the first five minutes of every hour. Try to do the practice today, and give yourself the gift of sinlessness the lesson imparts.
