EEKshow Episode 13:    AZZIPIn the simplest form of food (Pizza) is indeed at the highest point across all regions of the Solar System, at least I hope.  I think there are very few people if any, that I've ever met, known, talked to, gotten to know, broken bread with, and or had within my inner circle/family that don't love Pizza.  Not even like, LOVE.  It's the World's perfect food in my opinion...  Shareable, multiple ingredients, so many different ways to make it, present it, cook it, and eat it.  How do you like it, why do you like it, where from (and do you have multiple places for multiple moods or locations), OR do you not like it?  How is that possible?  Pizza works, it cuts through, clarifies, and captures...  in all its forms, the essence of TASTE.  So many choices, so many ways to create from the dough on through the sauce, cheese, style of cut, thickness, toppings, and temperature/time, the aftermath.Nice tomeetcha, gimmesum PIZZA! "If you Seek an Episode Topic by EEK, Send Fan Mail.
