I have had the pleasure of knowing Bones Malone for the better part of 30 years. When I first moved to New York in the mid-80s, Tom was kind enough to send me in on some much needed gigs to sub for him. I’ve always been grateful to him for those opportunities. He has been a member of the CBS Orchestra for over 20 years. He was an original member of the Saturday Night Live band and served as it’s musical director for 4 years. He was a member of the original Blues Brothers band and as a studio musician, he has played on over 1,000 records, 3,000 radio & tv commercials and 4,000 tv shows. Tom has released 2 CDs as a solo artist and is active worldwide as a clinician.
