"Ah mate, I just haven't got enough time!" Colin says, what is actually being said, is that the task or request you may have (or others have asked of you) is not a high enough priority. This also implies that perhaps it is not worth their (or your) time, which may not be the case! "Whether you are a supervisor; or a manager; or a director; or an owner; or a CEO; a celebrity? It doesn't matter who you are; we all have the same amount of time" Colin says maximise what you do with your time, and any new time you get each day.
