In Episode 239, I speak with teacher, trainer, and world champion triathlete, Jo King. Anyone who is a world class iron-woman triathlete is worthy of our attention and respect. Jo describes her time as a triathlete, training for 6 hours per day and punishing her body, as living the dream. That is a mindset I want to tap into, don't you. She has had a wonderful journey to the top in her sport in the world, and when I asked her the secret to her success, she said, 'just take baby steps'. That I can do, and so can you. This is a powerful and inspiring conversation, not to be missed.
