Welcome to episode #50! This is a milestone reached. Buzzsprout tracks how many podcast episodes get published. And reaching number 50 is one of their achievements. I'm happy to have made it this far. This achievement dovetails nicely with the title of this episode. Baby steps need to be celebrated and cheered.

At times, some will "encourage" you to focus on how LITTLE progress you are making! However, I'm encouraging you to view your progress as "forward movement." In building businesses and in building wealth, forward movement is ALL that matters. So celebrate your baby steps of progress. What if I told you that the path to success is 10,000 baby steps? Wouldn't that encourage you?

I also discuss online coaching models in this episode. I cover the 2 basic goals of any coaching experience. And I explain the typical costs of coaching. Think of this as a "consumer's guide to coaching" so you will know what to expect from the coaching experience and from your "guru."
