Back At It

Hey, you all! I haven’t been hiding or avoiding this podcast- which I love but as you probably have guessed I took an unintentional break thanks to getting Covid and how that plus some other things has affected my overall health. I needed to figure some stuff out and rest a bit. I’m back now with my 6th season. And I can’t wait to see what’s in store for all of us trying to do good, take care, and love ourselves and others well.
