It’s been a more painful day than it’s been lately. I’m trying not to let it get me down. But it’s tough, having chronic pain. And I know other people have it much worse than I do.Mine tends to be temporary. I’m no stranger to my back going out. It’s happened at least 10 or 12 times over the years.
