Elon Musk wants drone strikes in Mexico. Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has responded by proposing two reforms aimed at toughening the defense of sovereignty in the constitution and imposing the harshest penalties on foreigners involved in activities that infringe on Mexican sovereignty.
