Back to the roots - How to live a bloody brilliant life! - with guest Josianne Hosner

from The Soft Rebellion Podcast · host Flurina Thali

Nature lives through four seasons year by year, and so do we women cycle through four inner seasons month by month. We are not always in the same mood and many challenges in daily life lose their scarce if we learn to understand WHY our energy levels aren't always the same. To get to know your inner spring, summer, autumn and winter supports us to connect to ourselves, our body and inner wisdom. And in that way we feel less at mercy of our mood and we can use the knowledge about the menstrual cycle to bring lightness and joy into our life. In this episode I am talking to the wonderful Josianne Hoesener. Josianne is a menstrual-cycle-mentor , «Menstruationskundige» and author. Since more than 10 years she is supporting women to learn to understand their body and menstrual cycle und to create a bloody brilliant life in harmony with the knowledge about the menstrual cycle. Her book «Back to the roots» - sadly only existing in German - all about cyclical living with huge joy, has been sold more than 10`000 times. In the conversation with Josianne you will learn about:  Josianne`s fascination and inspiration for the menstrual cycle and how she came to work in that field The cyclical nature of all aspects of our life What the inner seasons are and what it means to live a cyclical life Why living a cyclical life connects you to your true inner self and connects you to your body as your greatest teacher Why saying yes to my cycle is saying yes to myself leading to a much more fulfilled and happy life I hope you feel as energised and inspired as I did after listening to the interview with Josianne and that it encourages you to explore more deeply the nature of your menstrual cycle and how its wisdom can enhance your daily life!More information about Josianne`s work and book: You can find all about Josianne on her webpage: www.quittenduft.chMore links about the episode: Books in ENGLISH (recommended by Josianne!) about menstruation and living a cyclical life: «Code red» by Lisa Lister and «Moon time» by Lucy H.
