Back to Where it All Began

from The True Crime Librarian Hosted by Ashlee O'Rourke

Wichita Falls Texas now a slightly bigger dot on the map in North Texas, as with any growing city there is a mark in it's history that those that call it home wishes they could forget. From 1984 until 1986 there was path of destruction that at first threatened the young women of the medical industry. It was as if someone began picking them off one by one until late February 1985 when whoever was killing them seemed to disappear out of Wichita Falls. With two victims in two different Counties tying them together is anything but, a young man's desire to have attention places him in the line of fire of one county's District Attorney it takes incriminating himself to get out of the freight train that has only one direction and it's right through the middle of Danny Laughlin. Join me as we tackle a case of a budding serial killer, not one as infamous as that of Ted Bundy or Jeffery Dahmer but in North Texas he carries just as much clout and to understand the whole story you2have to go back to the very beginning...
