For our part, we've gone back underground by returning to the famous NYC Sake Bar Decibel, a dark and funky basement sake bar that can't be missed. We are tasting two fantastic sakes from their menu: Shichiken Junmai Ginjo - a dream of a balanced and fruity premium sake and Kimonoi Junmai Yamahai - an umami and rice-y treat recommendation from Decibel's Manager Cho-san.
