Backwards To The Future

Hello and welcome to episode 11, Backwards To The Future. Sometimes we have to go backwards to get to the future. It may feel frustrating but sometimes it’s necessary. It truly all comes down to choice and our perception of life. In this episode I get into the non-linear aspects of healing and time in general. I heavily discuss the power choice throughout the show. The importance of really embodying this is massive. The realization that everything we choose, is up to us, leads to ultimate sovereignty of self. Choice is our superpower yet we cannot control and try to grasp life so tightly. When we do so, shit begins to fall apart and frustration ensues a lot of the time. Does this sound familiar? I’ve been there. So what can we do? Become in tune with our intuition and our energy body. When we do-create with the Universe, Spirit, God, etc., we are limitless! Maintaining a flowing order of the mind, emotions physical body and light body is key.
