Job hunting right now stinks. I get it. For that matter, responding to RFPs and placing bids as a freelancer is no walk in the park either. If you are speaking to a prospective client or a potential employer and the interview process is: weird, rude, disorganized, combative, protracted, overwhelming, etc., can you expect this behavior to improve if you accept the job or the project?In my experience over the years: no!
