BAD BUSINESS: Dealer's woes lead to an important win

BANKS, PAYMENT PROVIDERS AND SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS continue to cause havoc for dealers by denying services, despite previous efforts to fix those problems. WE INTERVIEWED Adelaide Hills based dealer, Range and Field, about the problems they've been facing - to the point where they are about to get political. SINCE RECORDING this episode, we asked the ANZ bank to provide a copy of the policy it was relying on.  They have not only come back to deny the policy, but will provide Range and Field with banking services. They say they will also 'educate' the local branch - and provide Range and Field with EFTPOS facilities.
