It opens like the end credits of your favourite show - except every name is a job you didn't know existed, and every job is something being done to you. In this satiric episode of Source Odes, a mock credits roll becomes a sonic roll call through the machinery behind your screen: the Chief Procrastination Officer, the Cliffhanger Architect, the "Are You Still Watching?" Delay Programmer, the Autoplay Designer!!Title after title, delivered deadpan, cheerful, clinical, building a portrait of an industry engineered around your attention. So by the time the credits reach Posture Ruination Specialist and Family Dinner Disruptor, the joke has turned into a cracked mirror. Until the special thanks at the end, lands like a gut-punch, as in truth as heard like this it doesn't feel quite as funny anymore.
