We live in a world where everyone is hiring. Good help is hard to find and great help is even harder to keep and there isn't anybody working for cheap. Mcdonald's and Dunkin Donuts are $16.50 to $19.50 to start. A pandemic, large unemployment checks rising inflation declining work ethic, and a lack of good service. These outside forces are working against us but between us, there are a lot of things that can be improved by us.
