Badgers Edge Out Western Illinois | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Wisconsin Badgers finally got their first win of the season, dominating Western Illinois 36-9 in a gritty, if imperfect, performance. Abu Sama the Third ignited the offense with a 72-yard touchdown run early, while special teams delivered a huge spark when Carson Van Dinter blocked a punt for a TD. Quarterback Colton Joseph showed flashes of potential but needs more accuracy, and the defense held opponents to just nine points—but run-stopping remains a concern. The win moves them to 1-1 as they prepare for tougher Big Ten battles ahead. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
