Badgers Heat Up Recruiting War

Wisconsin’s recruiting machine is in overdrive after a whirlwind first official visit weekend, locking in two new commitments while jockeying for top targets like Mekhi Williams—formerly committed to Florida State, now eyeing Madison—and Tavares Powell, a priority wide receiver. The Badgers also have a shot at Brody Pfannenstiel, a high-upside edge rusher from Texas Tech, and are battling LSU and Nebraska for Williams’ signature. With more elite prospects set to visit soon, Wisconsin is clearly aiming for a loaded class and could be poised for a major recruiting win.
