Badgers Hunt New RB Star | Wisconsin Badgers Football News

Wisconsin’s football team is revving up to reclaim its running back legacy after a dismal 2023 season that saw their leading rusher tally just 363 yards and the team rank dead last nationally in rushing. To fix it, they’ve rebuilt the offensive line, brought in four new running backs via the transfer portal and junior college, and added a mobile quarterback—all signaling a run-heavy attack for 2024. Coaches want one clear lead back with others rotating in, but opportunities won’t be handed out—players must earn them. Iowa State transfer Abu Sama looks poised to be the featured back, with Darrion Dupree and Bryan Jackson likely next in line, while Nate Palmer remains a dark horse. The pecking order will be set before kickoff, not on game day. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
