Bail laws repeat past failures - 17th March 2025

She works on First Nations Justice, and we hear from her about The Allan Government's  proposal  to revivive the worst of dangerous and discriminatory bail laws which will harm Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and generations of Victorian children by keeping people needlessly locked away in pre-trial detention.
