I feel like I am a machine at this point in my business. I work 6 am - 10 pm, Monday to Sunday, every single week. I do NOT take days off, and I did that for a very long time because truthfully, I love it. But a whole other reason as to why I am able to function and work like this is because I have learned how to give up short-term gratification. Short Term Gratification is experiences like going out drinking, watching a football game with some buddies, or going to the beach every night. Events that we do very often. These short-term gratification experiences could be holding you back if you are not careful. I have personally learned how to give up these SAME recurring experiences so I can focus on my business and become the machine I need to be. Now I am not saying become a hermit, do NOT shut out your friends and disappear into the vortex. But use the time that you are investing into your business to then LATER experience bigger more life-changing events.
