Balfour Park Gets Major Upgrade | Spokane News

Spokane Valley just leveled up Balfour Park with a full-size basketball court, two smaller ones, four pickleball courts, new lighting, and a powerful sound system — all funded by state and city grants. This isn’t a quick fix; it’s part of a $6M investment since 2024, turning the historic park into a year-round community hub. Up next: a playground and splash pad in 2027, plus groundwork for an outdoor amphitheater — making Balfour Park the heart of recreation for years to come.
