Balle Balle
from Kahani Hosted by Kahani
'Bhangra made me.' - Kahani Kahani and Saini Surinder team up to reimagine a live folk bhangra segment through intricate sound design and hard grooves. 'Balle Balle' (Track 1) aims to introduce you to the sheer power of Saini Surinder's voice and to build up energy quickly within a room. The lyrics are catchy and are sure to get the crowd chanting. At the end of the track, 'Shava Shava' (Track 2) seamlessly kicks in, taking the essence of the same song and flipping it into a global house record that will turn heads. 'It's wild to think that 12 years ago, I was building mixes for Bhangra teams and competitively dancing to Saini Surinder's early records. The clarity in his voice always stood out in every performance. To have the opportunity to rebuild that feeling in the musical lane I'm currently in is a very full-circle moment. The entire world is going to hear this one.' - Kahani
