Ballmer Institute

The University of Oregon is establishing the Ballmer Institute for Children's Behavioral Health. The goal is to improve the behavioral health and wellness of Oregon's children. A new profession, child behavioral health specialist, will grow from the Institute. Our speaker is Ruth Ellingsen, PhD, a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oregon, where she serves as the Director of the UO Psychology Clinic and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in psychology.
