There are two guests for this week's program. For the first half of the show, we speak with Shanta Driver, Co-Chair of BAMN (www.bamn.com), a grass-roots organization that is challenging efforts in Arizona to repeal civil rights and affirmative action laws. In the second hour, we speak with Lydia Guzman, Executive Director of Respect/Respeto, which works to identify cases of racial profiling that result from the passage and implementation of Arizona's Employer Sanctions law.

For the last 60 years believers have abdicated their responsibility in the political arena, resulting in massive cultural decline and the persecution of businesses and families and individual and religious freedoms. For those of you who are TIRED OF JUST TALKING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS and WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT BEING PART OF THE SOLUTION, Kingdom in Politics is for you. In this podcast I have entertaining and informative candid conversations with some of the nation’s most sought after Kingdom minded political experts. Hear first hand stories and insights from current and former political candidates, pastors, campaign managers, general consultants, media consultants, polling and data scientists, civil liberties attorneys, authors and much more. Our mission is to educate and challenge you to become part of the solution as you embrace faith, inspire hope, and weaponize love.
Speaking to Politics
Mike
Politics shape our world. The issues being decided in the halls of government every day have real and lasting impact on all our lives, but discussing politics is extremely unpleasant. It is very difficult today to have a calm, adult conversation about politics. Are the people screaming on TV, the radio, and online really who “we” are? Are they really representative of mainstream America or are they just really aggressive and loud? I believe the adults just got tired of it and walked away, but their silence is not consent. This podcast is the test of that theory. If you see fit to tune in, I will present news of the day, analysis and commentary while doing my best to check my feelings at the door and let you, the listeners, decide what it means to you. No ominous music, no angry rants, just a relaxed conversation and positive vibe. Politics, for reasonable people.
