B&R #026 | Temptation Part 4

from Bourne & Raised Hosted by Bourne & Raised Podcast

This week on Bourne & Raised, Tim, Titus, and Mark conclude the temptation series with Part 4, focusing on the life of King David and the sobering reality that temptation comes for everyone. David was a man after God’s own heart. A warrior. A king. A worshiper. Yet despite his spiritual maturity and leadership, he still fell into temptation in a moment that changed lives forever. In this finale, the team unpacks what David’s story teaches us about pride, vulnerability, isolation, and the danger of believing we are beyond temptation. The higher we rise spiritually, the more important it becomes to stay humble, aware, and dependent on God. This episode ties the entire series together with one central truth: No amount of spiritual growth removes the need for vigilance. Temptation comes for us all.
