Bank on the J-O-B, or Bank on YOU? Hiring YOU!

When they lose a job, panic sets in because the income lifeline is severed. This is all about YOU Hiring YOU?  If you wouldn't hire you, why should anyone else?  If you don't feel like you bring value to the table, and by hiring you, an organization can look forward to profiting from your value, then you don't deserve the job there.  That fear may be the real reason too, why you won't take a chance on you - or is it?  Do you trust you? This is the principle on why I find it urgent to encourage entrepreneurship.  Employed?  Great!
