Julie is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bankruptcy Institute and the Federal Bar Association. In March 2019, Julie will be inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy. Lisa Mullen has been a Staff Attorney for the Chapter 13 Trustee, David Wm. Ruskin for the last 16 years. Prior to becoming a Staff Attorney, her practice consisted primarily of the representation of both debtors and creditors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases. She is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy topics and is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the NACTT Mortgage Committee, the Local Bankruptcy Rules Advisory Chapter 13 Subcommittee and the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, where she previously served on the Board of Directors.
