Banks pledges to Increase Diversity & Can you bring your full self to the workplace while Black?

This weeks episode we focus on NatWest’s Pledge to Boost Black staffing levels across areas of their organisation. We also look at other Bank Pledges. They’ve also released their Ethnicity Pay-gap Data. An interesting part of the information they released was the % of BAME staff who reported feeling comfortable to be themselves at the workplace.
