Baptized into Jesus (Romans 6:1-11)

A wave has crashed over our city, a wave called the New York Knicks that drew everyone together, regardless of borough, background, or whether you even like basketball. This experience has been nothing short of a baptism—and it helps us make sense of what St. Paul means when he says we've been baptized, not into the Knicks, but into Jesus.
