Bar District's Pretend Solution w/ Judge David Borwski

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge David Borowski joined John and Julia on the phone to talk about the controversies on closing off Water Street's bar district in Downtown Milwaukee (as well as the food truck curfew) and if it was a viable solution. Judge Borowski called it a "pretend solution," punishing food truck operators more than the loitering offenders outside. They also asked him if he would ever run for mayor of Milwaukee.
