Barbados has some quite incredible and inspirational women and we decided they're so inspirational, they deserved more podcast time!  I chatted with three different women with three very different backgrounds, and I'm so delighted that I get to shine a spotlight on these 'bad ass' women of Barbados during this bonus episode. Jones is waiting to hear if she's going to land a very prestigious literary award. She's also a lawyer and a mum!
